The design is defined by its clean, geometric pathways that create a sense of structure and flow through manicured lawns and lush plantings. Key features include serene water elements and a modern pergola that serves as a focal point for relaxation and entertainment, seamlessly extending the home’s living space into the natural environment.

- Geometric concrete and grass pathways A striking grid of large white concrete pavers interlaced with perfectly maintained grass joints creates a bold, structured courtyard floor that is both visually dramatic and elegantly functional.
- Lawns and lush greenery Manicured box hedges, sculpted topiary balls, mature shade trees, and lush palm clusters frame the entire space in layered greenery, creating a private, garden-enclosed sanctuary.
- Modern pergola for outdoor seating A classic timber pergola draped in climbing greenery anchors the lounge area, providing a naturally shaded retreat with comfortable seating set directly beside the pool.
